Pavilion Building RUMC IDS Pharmacy

The Department of Inpatient Pharmacy at RUSH maintains an Investigational Drug Service (IDS) staffed by two IDS pharmacists to support the control and distribution of investigational drugs and clinical drug trials at RUMC.  The IDS pharmacists work with the inpatient pharmacy to facilitate the setup and maintenance of clinical drug trials; specifically the ordering, storage and dispensing of investigational drugs.

Pavilion Building RUMC IDS Pharmacy services all inpatient clinical drug trials and certain ambulatory clinics including:

• Alzheimer’s Disease Center
• Department of Anesthesia
• Department of Neurological Sciences
• Division of Cardiology
• Division of Infectious Disease
• Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
• Hemophilia and Thrombophilia Center
• Hepatology and Transplant
