Rush Research Calendar

The Rush Research Calendar has been created as a resource to allow you to see all research events such as:

• Grant deadlines
• Research training
• Grand Rounds and Seminars

Computer and Smartphone Access

Below you will find instructions on how to download the Rush Research Calendar to your computer and smartphone.
 

Option 1: Add iCalendar Feed to Outlook (Rush Computer/My Rush App)

• Select and copy https://ics.teamup.com/feed/ksu3swfhakxu1iahin/0.ics
• In Outlook, click File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
• On the Internet Calendars tab, click New.
• Paste the feed address you copied from your Teamup Calendar (https://ics.teamup.com/feed/ksu3swfhakxu1iahin/0.ics) and click Add.
• In the Folder Name box, type the name of the calendar as you want it to appear in Outlook (Rush Research Calendar), then click OK.
• Open your Outlook calendar.
• Open Other Calendars.
• Select Rush Research Calendar.

Option 2: Mobile Devices

• Download the Teamup App.
• Select and copy https://teamup.com/ksu3swfhakxu1iahin
• Click the + sign
• Select connect to an existing calendar
• Paste https://teamup.com/ksu3swfhakxu1iahin and continue

Option 3: Office 365

• To open Office 365: Copy and paste: https://outlook.office.com
• Open your calendar
• Select “Add calendar”
• Select “Subscribe from web”
• Copy and paste: https://ics.teamup.com/feed/ksu3swfhakxu1iahin/0.ics
• Enter calendar name: “Rush Research Calendar” and customize
