Agiloft

Agiloft is the contract management system used for the submission of contracts and quotes obtained for review for purchased goods and services. Contracts related to the performance of research, such as Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), Data Use Agreements (DUAs), etc. are not submitted or maintained in Agiloft; Please navigate to the Contract Templates folder for more information.

Registration and Information

To gain access to Agiloft, users must first complete two (2) training courses in the Rush Learning Hub: 1) Supply Chain Procure to Pay (P2P) Training and 2) Requestor Training – Agiloft.

Finally, users must request access to Agiloft by clicking the following link: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/25370e43b53d4672b5d1e95ea84c6650 which is also located on the Link homepage. Click “Contracts” under the “Purchase Requestors & Approvers” column.
