Financial Review Signoff (FRS) is a process in which a research department delegates a certain individual(s) the ability to “approve” a study in OnCore by reviewing key study documents in their final stages (i.e., fully negotiated budget and contract, IRB-approved study application and consent form(s); final Coverage Analysis (CA) and Calendar in OnCore). If in alignment, the FRS Approver will complete FRS in OnCore within the Specifications Console. FRS Approvers are appointed and approved by their department and must complete subsequent training with the OnCore Team to gain these permissions/functionalities in OnCore.
